PDF Magic Pro is designed to complete document work without requiring an account and without using document contents for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Documents and scans
PDF files, scans, signatures, thumbnails, filenames, tags, and recognized text are processed on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores their contents. If you enable iCloud, Apple syncs your library through your private iCloud account under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
On-device document intelligence
On supported devices, private briefs and document questions use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models and recognized document text. Your document text is not sent to a developer-operated AI service. Apple Intelligence availability varies by device, language, and region.
Camera and files
Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a document. File and photo-library access is used only for items you select to import, create, or export.
Subscriptions
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives an app-specific customer identifier, purchase history, and technical transaction information to validate purchases, unlock Pro features, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide subscription analytics. We do not send RevenueCat document contents, OCR text, filenames, contacts, or an advertising identifier. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
Analytics and tracking
PDF Magic Pro does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, session replay, or a third-party behavioral analytics SDK. We use aggregated App Store analytics and anonymous subscription metrics to understand downloads, reliability, trials, and renewals. This website does not use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies.
Retention and deletion
You control local documents and can delete them from the app. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to device backups. iCloud copies can be managed through your Apple ID and iCloud settings. Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction records as required to provide purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Children
The app is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
