The service
PDF Magic Pro provides tools to scan, import, view, organize, search, annotate, sign, transform, protect, and export PDF documents. Features may vary by device, operating-system version, language, region, and subscription status.
Your documents and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the documents you use with the app. You are responsible for having the right to scan, edit, store, and share them, for reviewing exported files before relying on them, and for keeping suitable backups. Do not use the app to violate law, privacy, copyright, contractual duties, or another person’s rights.
Document intelligence and OCR
OCR, briefs, and document answers are assistive features and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always compare important names, dates, totals, legal language, medical information, or financial information with the original document. PDF Magic Pro does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
Free features and Smart Pages
Core scanning, ordinary annotations, page organization, and standard PDF saving are available without Pro. Free users receive a limited monthly Smart Page allowance for advanced processing. Allowances and feature packaging may change in future versions; material paid-subscription changes will not reduce an already purchased subscription period.
Subscriptions
- PDF Magic Pro offers optional monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country, currency, tax, or future pricing changes.
- If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Payment, billing, refunds, and renewal are administered by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Founder pricing
A founder price may be offered to eligible launch customers. Unless Apple’s storefront rules, taxes, currency changes, an interrupted subscription, or another disclosed condition requires otherwise, the founder product remains available for renewal while that subscription stays continuously active. The exact offer shown by Apple at purchase controls.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features when needed for quality, security, legal compliance, or platform compatibility.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Our liability is limited as described in Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
